At English Musicals Korea, we have the unique opportunity to create, produce, and perform our very own musicals! We perform the musicals in our 600 seat Concert Hall and also perform an interactive mini-musical in our Little Theatre. Each year we produce three original musical theatre productions, three interactive mini-musicals, and two big musical revues (for Halloween and a Korean holiday called Children’s Day). We also tour shows during the year which we perform in Korean schools throughout the Gyeonggi Province.
The production and performance of our shows requires a wide range of abilities and creativity. Our department is a diverse mix of entertainment professionals - from playwrights and composers to choreographers and costume designers, we have quite an eclectically talented group. Our department has grown substantially since its founding in 2006, and together we are committed to a spirit of development, forward thinking, and entertainment.
